Sales Administrator Whiffler Road, Norwich (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our sales administration team at our busy Head Office location in Norwich. Busseys is a successful family-run Dealership and our customers are at the heart of all that we do. It is therefore our aim to make each one completely satisfied with the service that they receive from us.
The Key Aspects of this Role will be to ensure the prompt and accurate throughput of sales administration documents so that we are able to deliver customer vehicles in accordance with their expectations. This will include:
- Maintaining accuracy of vehicle stock
- Order processing
- Invoicing
- Progress chasing
- Preparing delivery paperwork
The Person we are looking for will:
- Have experience in a similar role within the motor industry (preferably), or
- Have already worked in a complementary sales environment
- Be organised and computer literate with an eye for detail
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude
In return, you will:
- Work within our sales administration team at our Whiffler Road headquarters
- Be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch) – some negotiation on these hours may be available
- Receive a competitive salary with 22 days holiday per year (plus public holidays)
Please note that this vacancy is to provide maternity cover and therefore will initially be for a temporary period.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Cleaner at our Hall Road site in Norwich.
Key Aspects of the Role will be:
- Previous vehicle cleaning experience, preferably within a franchised motor dealership
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- A commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction
- A clean driving licence (up to 3 pts may be considered)
In Return, you will:
- Work within our friendly service team at our Peugeot site at Hall Road.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Receive an hourly rate which meets National Minimum Wage requirements

Used Car Sales Executive, Whiffler Road, Norwich
We curretly have an opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive in our Used Car Department at our main Whiffler Road site in Norwich.
Key Aspects of the Role will be:
- The sale of used cars from our extensive range of vehicles
- The sale of finance and other complementary products, e.g. GAP insurance, Diamondbrite, Extended Warranty, etc.
- Participation in maintaining the used car site to company standards
The Person we are looking for will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a franchise environment, or other complementary motor industry experience
- A desire to succeed and a firm commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of FSA and its requirements
- Excellent communication, administration, computer and customer service skills
In Return, you will
- Work within a small team at our modern well established site at Whiffler Road in Norwich
- Be required to work across seven days a week on a rota system (which includes every Saturday and alternate Sundays)
- Receive a base salary, commission, performance related bonuses, company car and fuel allowance.

Hours of Work
- You will be required to work a minimum 10 hours per week
- Actual days and number of hours each day are flexible and open to negotiation.

The second phase of Busseys’ tree planting initiative took place on March 1st at Austin’s Wood near South Walsham. Over 400 trees were planted in the 7.5acre site, which will eventually become community woodland.
